Fees
Heartland Property Management provides all the above services with a simple fee structure based on the home rental rate. It takes a lot of resources to manage a rental unit, so let us help you. Our fees include a Move-in fee which covers the administrative and marketing costs of getting the home occupied. The monthly fee ensures someone is available 24/7 for you and your residents, follows up on tenant issues and promptly issues monthly financials for review.
Unit Rental rate between $0-$799:
- Move-in Fee of $375 and a flat monthly management fee of $89
Unit Rental rate between $800-$1,100:
- Move-in Fee of $425 and a flat monthly management fee of $100
Unit Rental rate between $1,101-$1,499:
- Move-in Fee of $475 and a flat monthly fee of $110
Unit Rental rate of $1,500 and higher:
- Move-in Fee of $500 and a flat monthly rate of $120
