Heartland Property Management provides all the above services with a simple fee structure based on the home rental rate. It takes a lot of resources to manage a rental unit, so let us help you. Our fees include a Move-in fee which covers the administrative and marketing costs of getting the home occupied. The monthly fee ensures someone is available 24/7 for you and your residents, follows up on tenant issues and promptly issues monthly financials for review.

Unit Rental rate between $500-$999:

  • Move-in Fee of $350 and a flat monthly management fee of $75

Unit Rental rate between $1,000-$1,499:

  • Move-in Fee of $450 and a flat monthly management fee of $85

Unit Rental rate of $1,500 and more:

  • Move-in Fee of $500 and a flat monthly fee of $95
